职位描述
- Lead QC/QE team of BU-AS
- In charge of customer concerns analysis, corrective action, preventive actions at BU-AS.
- Responsible for quality defects improvement and Kobetsu improvement projects of BU-AS.
- Monitor customer quality performance and evaluation result in order to increase customer satifaction
- Develop quality technical of QC /QE team according to rolling skill matrix requirements.
- Coordinate purchasing / SQE to follow up supplier material quality status at BU-AS
- Coordinate daily audit, and follow & verify the corrective action
- Overview customer complaint status which define obvious reaction planning with project team.
- Develop QC inspection standard working time and increase inspection efficiency.
- Optimize the management of internal procedure / document / record
- Finish other temporarily tasks arranged by the manager.
- Cooperate internal QMS / EMS activity at plant level.
Qualifications︱任职条件
Education background教育背景
Bachelor or above degree 本科学历
Major in Electronic, engineering etc.电子，工程或相关专业
Work experience相关工作经验
Above 5 years related exprience (automative background will be appreciated.) 5 年以上相关工作经验 (相关汽车行业背景更佳)
Competencies required,certificates, training对专业能力及相关证书、培训的要求
Attended the training of SPC, FMEA and PPAP etc 接受过 SPC，FMEA ，PPAP 的培训
Familiar with quality management method and the requirement of thequality management system 熟悉质量管理工具和质量管理体系要求
Have quality management knowledge, familiar with quality management criterion 具备质量管理知识，熟悉质量管理规范
Management skills (leadership/teamwork/ communication skill, etc.)管理技能如领导力、沟通、团对合作、影响力等
Good team work 良好的团队合作能力
Excellent interpersonal, communication 良好的沟通能力
Social skills & personality(attitude, emotion, etc.)
Up-and-coming,strong responsibility sense 踏实主动，有较强的责任心
